What payment method do you accept?
Check or Cash. At installation.

Do you require a down payment?
Not generally. I do ask for 50% down on orders over $5000 with payment in full at installation.

How long does it take from consultation to installation?
Timelines vary depending on the product and manufacturer, but typically 3-4 weeks from order to installation. During your consultation, I’ll give you a realistic timeline for your specific project. Rush orders may be available for certain products.

What are your hours?
The Showroom is Open Tuesday 9-5 and Friday 9-12

Do you bring samples to my home?
Yes! I bring fabric samples, product samples, and motorization remotes directly to your home for your free consultation. This way you can see how different options look in your actual lighting and against your decor before making any decisions.

How far do you travel for consultations?
I serve Iowa Falls and surrounding communities within a 50-mile radius, including Ackley, Hampton, Eldora, Parkersburg, Dumont, Aplington, Geneva, Wellsburg, Steamboat Rock, Hubbard, Radcliffe, and Sheffield. If you’re unsure whether you’re in my service area, just call - I’m happy to check!

Do you offer motorized blinds and shades?
Yes! I offer motorized window treatments with remote control operation. Many of my motorization systems are also compatible with smart home devices for phone and voice control. During your consultation, I’ll show you how motorization works and help you decide if it’s right for your home.

What's included in your installation service?
Everything! I handle professional measuring, custom ordering, and expert installation. For motorized treatments, I also program your remotes and show you exactly how to operate everything. You’ll never be left wondering how something works.

Do you install window treatments I bought elsewhere?
No. My focus is on providing complete custom solutions - from consultation and measuring through professional installation. This ensures everything fits perfectly and operates correctly.

Yes! All consultations and quotes are completely free with no obligation. I'll come to your home, measure your windows, show you options, and provide written pricing - no pressure to buy.
