All sheds are open and ready to be looked at.

Korner Window Showroom hours are Tuesday 9-5 and Friday 9-12. All other times are by appointment or chance.

What payment options are available?

Spring Valley Sheds offers 3 options:

  • 10% Down due at order and Pay in Full at delivery

  • Rent-to-Own- deposit and first month’s rent due at order and payments starting 30 days after delivery.

  • Green Sky Financial financing.

Do you deliver sheds?

Delivery and set up is included with all sheds! Delivery is free for the first 30 miles from my Iowa Falls lot. That means free delivery to Ackley, Eldora, Hampton, Hubbard, Alden, Steamboat Rock, Wellsburg, and more!

Lot models are delivered in 1-3 weeks. Custom builds are 4-6 weeks. Build on Site is 8-12 weeks.

Do they level the shed?

Yes, set up includes leveling, starting with one corner at ground level. The customer is responsible to decide with the yard is in suitable condition. After arrival, one hour of set up time is included.

How much does a shed cost?
